We collect the information needed to sell and deliver data-only eSIMs, including your email address, selected plan, payment status, order details, device and browser basics, and support messages you choose to send.

We do not ask for travel documents to browse plans or complete a standard eSIM order unless required by law, a carrier or fulfillment partner, payment review, fraud prevention, or sanctions screening.

We use your information to process checkout, deliver eSIM activation details, prevent abuse, provide support, handle refunds or failed orders, and improve site reliability.

Order emails are used for delivery and service updates related to your purchase.

Als je het vakje aanvinkt om reisaanbiedingen van eSIM Japan per e-mail te ontvangen (bij het afrekenen, na een aankoop of in je account), gebruiken we je e-mailadres om je aanbiedingen en nieuws van eSIM Japan te sturen. Card and crypto payments are handled by payment providers. eSIM Japan does not store full card numbers or private wallet keys.

Payment records may include transaction identifiers, confirmation status, asset type, amount, and timestamps so orders can be matched to eSIM delivery.
